With her debut album ‘Bedside Tunes,’ released on October 25 via Brooklyn-based indie label 2MR, Turkish electronic musician Ece Era (pronounced “edge-uh air-uh”) seeks to reveal her inner self. The title, ‘Bedside Tunes,’ reflects the origin of most of Ece Era’s ideas, which came to her as she was about to sleep. Her minimalist setup — a laptop, midi keyboard, and plugins — captures this raw inspiration.

Ece Era’s music blends hazy moments with vibrant beats, transforming her vocals into warm layers of electronica that oscillate between melancholy and optimism.
